TAX INVOICE OR INVOICE AFTER 31ST AUGUST 2018

Hi, start from September 2018, do we need to issue TAX INVOICE again or just change to normal INVOICE since we are not involve of SST?

Just issue normal Invoice or Commercial Invoice will do.  But do not forget to indicate the Sales Tax or Services Tax with the appropriate tax rate in the Invoice.  Otherwise you will be penalised.

how about supplier with not sst registered but still issue tax invoice? is it have any problem or risks?

By right they should not issue Tax Invoice after 1/9/2018 but some company still have stock of pre-printed Tax Invoices and try to finish them on or before 31/12/2018.  Make sure they do not charge GST in that invoice.  You may also request your supplier to re-issue a normal invoice and charge SST (if they are registered member).
