GST for Utilities (TM Bill (fixed line & unifi), TNB) and bank charges

Is the GST  for the said utilities under company name eligible to claim for input tax?

How about those bank charges (e.g cheque process fee, maintenance fee, telex/remittance fee etc)? Do we need the tax invoice? or we straight key in the system without the tax invoice? (one off transaction)

Yes.  Utility bills under the GST registered person can claim input tax.
Bank charges and other charges with GST charged by the Banker also can claim input tax credit.

Can you elaborate more on what kind of example you required.  GST tax code or accounting double entry.
